Kindness is when you treat someone nicely.I think is important to treat other people kindly because you also can feel good when you treat someone kindly and that person also feels happy.
People can show thier kindness by helping other people or just respect them.I have done a few acts well i sometimes treat people nicely. I don't really know what i have to do to help my friends but i should stop doing pranks on Ying Zong.Also i can stop calling Ying Zong Grumpy old lizard.I can promote the message of being kind by asking them to go to kindness.sg
